Q: The project number of our centralised project is not accepted by the Youthpass tool. How can we add the project to our account?
If your project was granted by the Executive Agency in Brussels and the project number stated in the contract is not accepted by the Youthpass tool, please contact the Youthpass team with the following details:
- the name of your organisation
- the name of your granted project
- the Action
- the contract number you found
