Project number
Q: Help! The project number I entered is not accepted by the Youthpass tool!
A: Are you sure that the number you entered is indeed the project number? The project number can be found in the contract, which your organisation received from one of the National Agencies for “Youth in Action”. It has to follow a specific structure to be accepted by the Youthpass system.
If your project number has the required structure but is still not accepted by the Youthpass tool, the reason could be one of the following:
- You did not indicate the project number exactly as it appears in the contract
- Your project was not approved under one of the Actions Youthpass is available for (1.1, 2.1, 3.1, 4.3)
- Your project was not approved under the “Youth in Action” Programme, but under the previous YOUTH Programme (before 2007)
If all this is not the case, please contact the National Agency which issued the project number.
If your project was approved by the Executive Agency (EACEA), you receive a specific Youthpass number with the contract. If you face problems please contact the Youthpass team.
