Q: I registered, but I did not receive a password. Now I cannot log in to the Youthpass tool!
A: The Youthpass password should have been sent automatically to the e-mail address which you indicated when you registered. Please check your spam folders; the e-mail with the password could have ended up there. If you can’t find it, please contact the Youthpass Team. We can give you a new password manually.
Q: The colleague who was the account holder of our organisation’s Youthpass account left. Can we change the details (name, e-mail- address, password) of the account holder?
A: Yes, after having logged in with the old login data, you can edit the name, e-mail-address and the password of the account holder in the section “personal details”. Like that, you can keep using the Youthpass account with the existing projects and you don’t need to open a new one.
Q: I am an editor of a project and I would like to edit the project details and organisation details, but I don’t have access to these sections. Why?
A: Since you did not register by yourself, but you were invited as “editor” for a certain project, you have limited user rights. Co-editors can only edit the participants’ details for the project in question.
Q: I have an editor account, but now I would like to add my own projects. How can I do this?
A: In order to have full administrator rights and to be able to add projects, you will need to open a new Youthpass account. Please sign up at wfd://12/264/ .
For the time being, you cannot create a new account with the same e-mail address of your editors’ account. Therefore, please indicate a different e-mail-address when registering.
Q: Can I delete the projects I’ve added to my Youthpass account?
A: Unfortunately, it is not possible for you or for us to delete projects from the Youthpass database, where they are stored due to security reasons.
Storing them in a database helps us to make sure that a certain project number is only used once for producing Certificates by one and the same organisation. With this we avoid misuse.
