Action 1.1 and 3.1 (Youth Exchanges)
Q: I tried to add a new Action 1.1 and 3.1 (Youth Exchange) project to my Youthpass account, but I got an error notification saying that the project number has already been added. How come?
A: For security reasons Action 1.1/ 3.1 project numbers can only be used once to add a project. Please check if one of your partner organisations already added the project! The administrator (the person who added the project to his/ her Youthpass account) can invite further team members as “editors”, so that you can all work on the Certificates.
Q: Can we list the participants’ Key competences in a Youthpass Certificate for Action 1.1/ 3.1 (Youth Exchanges)?
A: At the moment, the 8 Key competences on Lifelong Learning proposed by the EU are not part of the Action 1.1/ 3.1 Certificates yet. You have the possibility to name the participants’ learning outcomes in the field “individual activities”. If you want to use the Key competences nevertheless for this Action use them and add en extra page to the Certificate.
Till the end of the year it is the aim to provide Key competences as well for Youth Exchanges.
