You might use your new experiences in the future - maybe for a new challenging project, for further steps in your personal life or when applying for a job. Anyways it is a good idea to write them down. Some of you might do this in a diary - we want to show you a another way how to make the Youthpass learning process a supportive tool that can help you to entitle new skills and experiences.
On the following pages you will find some guiding ideas how to prepare text elements for individual use or for creating your Youthpass Certificate which officially certifies your individual achievements.
At the end of the project the group discusses achievements of the Youth Initiative project and evaluates the whole preparation and implementation process. You exchange learning outcomes and share the individual learning plans and outcomes of everybody in the group. Together you decide how you will proceed with working on the Youthpass Certificates.
Maybe one of you could suggest appointing someone who will prepare general information about the project as well as the group achievements - to be prepared for the last technical step. Every one of you will create individual data which will include assessing and describing the learning outcomes - with the support of a learning partner.
The next step of the Youthpass process in this phase is to name and to collect all the achievements, developments and learning outcomes and to write them down using the frame of the 'Key competences'.
One of you has to copy this into the technical tool of Youthpass website and must generate the Certificates.
