This task can help you translate nonformal learning into professional language while giving it a personal, visual twist.
What you will need:
- A blank sheet of paper (A4 or A3) or a notebook page to create your poster
- A pen or pencil for writing text
- Coloured pens or markers (optional, for icons, drawings, or highlighting skills)
- If doing it digitally - a phone, tablet, or computer (presentation tool, design app, or document editor such as Canva, PowerPoint)
Instructions:

Include three sections:
- 3 Key Skills I’ve Developed
Add icons or drawings to represent each skill - Example from My Project
For each skill, describe one real situation where you used or developed it - How I’d Explain It to a Future Employer
