What to do if the link to work on my Youthpass is not active anymore?

If the link is not active anymore, please contact your organisation. They could send you a new invitation to work on your Youthpass, through their Youthpass account. With this invitation, you would receive a new link and have a new access to work on your Youthpass.

If you don't receive any answer within 14 days after contacting your organisation, you can write to our helpdesk at youthpass@salto-youth.net and we can try to contact the organisation on your behalf as well.
