Can we change the details of our Youthpass account holder?

Yes, you can change the personal details of the account holder (administrator) of your Youthpass account: including the name, email address and password. After logging in with the old login data, you can edit these details in the section “personal details”.

If you don't have the login data (in case the colleague who was the account holder no longer works in your organisation) and you need to access the Youthpass account of your organisation, please contact the Youthpass Team by sending an email to youthpass@salto-youth.net for help.
